F&E Aircraft Maintenance Management

Chief Operating Officer
As Director of F&E Aircraft Maintenance, Lisa Arinwine provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative reporting procedures, and organizational structure in place to effectively grow and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Ms. Arinwine has been directly involved in establishing the company’s mission, vision, and values since its inception where she and her beloved husband (and F&E’s late founder), Everett Arinwine worked diligently to grow the start-up aircraft maintenance company into a high-demand, multimillion-dollar organization. During this period, F&E sales volume grew to over 30% of the MRO market at LAX.

During her tenure as Chief Operating Officer, F&E has focused on obtaining the following certifications; 14 CFR Part 145 Air Agency Certification granted by the Federal Aviation Administration, EASA Certification granted by the European Aviation Safety Agency, Federal Women-Owned Small Business Certification (WOSB) certified by the United States Small Business Association (SBA), Minority Business Enterprise Certification (MBE) granted by the City of Los Angeles and Southern Minority Supplier Development Council.

Ms. Arinwine’s passion for giving back to her community has led to the development of the ‘Girls in Flight Training’ (G.I.F.T.) initiative, a community-based program fostered by F&E to support young ladies in the advancement of education (STEM) and careers in aviation, specifically aircraft maintenance.

Ms. Arinwine graduated from Ohio State University before continuing her education in California where she earned her MBA in finance. She is also a proud lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
