Our Founder
Everett Arinwine
1963 - 2010

With an organic love for aviation, Everett Arinwine took his very first pilot’s lesson at the age of 18. Not long after, Everett began his career providing aircraft maintenance services with well-known airline companies such as Western Airlines, US Airways, and Federal Express to name a few. Recognizing the importance of fast, efficient and quality aircraft maintenance, and armed with a clear vision for the future of aviation, Everett utilized his education, experience and love for airplanes and founded F&E Aircraft Maintenance Services in 1994 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

A natural at building and maintaining both personal and business relationships, F&E Aircraft Maintenance was able to rapidly build its client list, providing the most comprehensive, expert services to foreign, domestic, military and cargo airlines. The hard work, passion and dedication of both Everett and Lisa Arinwine swiftly transformed a small aircraft line maintenance company into a world-class multi-million dollar corporation.
On January 18, 2010, tragedy and devastation met the company with the untimely passing of its Founder, Everett Arinwine.

Actively honoring Everett’s memory and staying inline with the original dream of growing F&E Aircraft into a globally recognized leader in aviation maintenance, the company courageously and strategically carried on, providing the same excellent repair and maintenance service and personal approach that earned F&E its stellar ranking and reputation of being a preferred provider of aircraft line maintenance services at Los Angeles International Airport LAX.
The company is proud of its elite classifications as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified FAR 145 and EASA Repair Station, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
